- The list is per project, so access never quietly spans productions, and search matters once a production has a full office and multiple coordinators.

What you can do here
Role and access status
Each user's level, Project Admin or Project Access, and whether their access is currently active.
- Project Admin can configure the production; Project Access is a working level that may be view-only in relevant settings.
- Access status is visible in the list, so nobody wonders whether a departed coordinator still has a way in.
Notification preference
Each user's own notification preference lives here, on their user record.
- Individual preference is a user-level decision and is set in Users.
- The project-wide Daily Digest timing is a Settings decision, and the Weekly Summary schedule belongs to Reports.
Onboarding state
Whether an invited user has finished setting up their access yet.
- Seeing who has not completed setup explains why someone is not receiving anything yet, and where it is current a setup email can be resent from the user's record.
Invite users and add from Crew
Invite a new user when you are authorized to do so, or promote someone already on the roster without retyping their details.
- Department heads and coordinators are often already Crew records, so adding from Crew keeps one person from becoming two mismatched records.
- Inviting is scoped to authorized users, and the invited person completes their own setup.
Edit and remove
Change the roles, preferences, and access you are permitted to change, and remove a user when authorized.
- Edits are limited to what your own level permits.
- Removal is available to authorized users, so wrap does not leave a long tail of open access.
