Project Console Dashboard

The main entry point inside a production. It answers the two questions the office asks all day: what has come in today, and where do I go next.

What you can do here

Project identity and timezone

The production's name, logo, and timezone sit at the top of the Console, so nobody works in the wrong project or the wrong clock.

  • Project identity and logo make it obvious which production you are inside, vital when the same office runs more than one.
  • The project timezone governs how the production day is interpreted, and is configured in Settings.

What this looks like for Crew

For Crew, the whole production side of Daily TimeCards is one address on a phone. They open what the office sent them, fill it in where they are standing, and send it. There is nothing to install, no password to remember, and no account to create before a day of work can be recorded.

  • A department head can pass the same link or QR code straight down the line.
  • What Crew send arrives inside the production record, so the office is never chasing it out of a text thread.
