Project identity and timezone
The production's name, logo, and timezone sit at the top of the Console, so nobody works in the wrong project or the wrong clock.
- Project identity and logo make it obvious which production you are inside, vital when the same office runs more than one.
- The project timezone governs how the production day is interpreted, and is configured in Settings.
Crew Document Upload sharing controls
The same sharing model for daily paperwork: a public upload link and QR code for receipts, reports, and memos.
- Documents arrive tied to the production instead of scattered across text threads.
- Sharing controls live next to the timecard controls, so both are handed out the same way.
Daily Production Times quick entry
Enter the day's production times from the Console without navigating away first.
- Quick entry exists because the office often has the times before it has time to open anything else.
- The complete Daily Production Times editor, including grace handling and next-day wrap, lives in Timecards.
Quick Access
Direct routes into the rest of the Project Console: Users, Departments, Crew, Timecards, Crew Documents, Reports, and Notifications.
- Quick Access mirrors the real structure of the Console, so the mental model on day one is the mental model on day forty.
- Every area it points to has its own page on this site.
