Crew Experience
Crew submits the day and moves on.
No login required
Crew opens the public workflow Production shared, completes what is needed on the device already in hand, and submits. No Production Console login is involved.
Crew Timecard access
Get to the right Crew Timecard
Production shares the project-specific Crew Timecard link or its QR code. Crew opens the public Crew Timecard directly from that link or code.
- The Crew Timecard has its own public link and QR code.
- Crew Document Upload is a separate public link and QR code.
- Crew always lands on the correct project and work date.
Crew Timecard
Complete the Crew Timecard
Crew fills out the current public Crew Timecard from a phone, tablet, or laptop. No Production Console login is required at any point.
- Works on the device Crew already has at wrap.
- Progress can be saved and resumed before submitting.
- Confirmation follows submission.
Crew Document Upload
Upload production documents
Required production documents go through the separate Crew Document Upload workflow, which has its own public link and QR code.
- Distinct from the Crew Timecard link and QR code.
- No Production Console login is required.
- Uploads are tied to the project they were shared for.
