Data Processing Terms

Daily TimeCards does not currently publish a final, signed, executable Data Processing Addendum through this website.

Data processing terms may be addressed in a project agreement, customer agreement, or data processing addendum where required. Production companies or customers with project-specific data processing questions may contact Daily TimeCards through the Support page or at support@dailytimecards.com.

ACE Films LLC, operating as Daily TimeCards, processes customer production data as a service provider or processor for the purpose of providing the Daily TimeCards platform and related services. Production companies and their authorized representatives control the production data submitted, uploaded, configured, or collected through Daily TimeCards for their projects.

Customers that require a specific Data Processing Addendum, vendor agreement, security review, or procurement document should provide that document for review before relying on it.
